I'm in the mood to do a very quick overview... since I've already teched this. 
I noticed you changed emails... and names...

I would run Gohan Meditates over Stupid Tricks since they are named. No other 
reason. Stupid Tricks is still very good though, and in a sense you might just 
want to ignore that if Tricks helps you more.

Krillin Quick Kicks are so good in my opinion... easily abused to the maximum 
with Anger Management. I would try to keep 4 in there.

Run 1 Krillin's Surprise to easily jump a level first turn.

The A Pair of Goodness combo is just broke... but if you really don't like it, 
oh well.

I'm assuming you are using the HT Level 2.

You still haven't filled that Sensei Deck. Do some more research. There are more 
cards that are dying to get in.

If you can get the URs, Where There's Life There's Hope, Fatherly Advice, and 
Champion Drill would work nicely. Cell's Presence will give you ally defense, 
and seeing you don't have much, it can help immensely.

Krillin's Drill still doesn't impress me, but that's just me. Also, run stuff that 
can help sweep your opponent's Drills if they are Freestyle, like Drills are for 
the Weak in conjunction with your Sensei.

You need to run Earth Dragon Ball 7... I can't stress this enough.
