I hope I don't annoy you with these but...
I'm getting ready to make a Dende Ally Deck Centered around energy attacks 
and some physical..
so here are my questions....
1)Dende can declare Namekian right?
2)Which Namekian Mastery should I use?
3)What are some good Allies for Dende?
4)Would "Dende's Healing Drill" Card 77 from Frieza saga be like Tien's 
Jolting Aura where Dende has to be your Main Personality? Thanks in advance,

Ally decks are predominantly energy since they have self draining.

1) Yes of course. He was declared Namekian in the Buu Saga.
2) Hmm... Use TS if you don't run very many Namekian cards. I don't see MBS 
or CS being of any help... maybe WGS I guess. TS would be the best, but you 
have to run very few Namekian cards.
3) I can go on and on. Allies are allies. Just use the best ones period and 
you'll be fine. Seek out energy allies for the most part, and add supporting 
ones that defend like Android 18 and Froug, and don't forget the all powerful 
Bardock.
4) No. Dende can be anywhere.
