Call me Matthew if you can, but then again almost everyone calls me Matt, so oh well.

Bardock is a Hero only. From the CRD again - The characters in the CCPP2 have colored 
power stages. Blue power stages mean the character is a hero, and red mean the character 
is a villian. Thus, Bardock is a hero.

And he is not a rogue either. It would say in the CCPP2 if he was. Score decided to do 
this because they watched the edited Funimation version of Bardock, the Father of 
Goku, and he did more heroic things than villian like things.
