 New Duel Masters Tournament Formats

According to the updated DCI Floor Rules for Duel Masters, effective 
August 6, 2004 the Limited Format will become official. This includes 
Sealed and Booster Draft. Rules for Limited (summarized):

1. Decks must contain a minimum of 30 cards. No max size. Players are not 
restricted to four of any one card in Limited tourney play.
2. No sideboards. Once a player registers their deck or their first match 
begins--the deck cannot change at any time during the event.
3. SEALED DECK: a minimum of 5 boosters must be provided to each player. 
Players should be given 30 minutes for deck registration and 30 minutes 
for deck construction.
4. BOOSTER DRAFT: Tourney organizer must provide minimum of 4 boosters 
to each player. Players should be given 30 minutes for deck registration and 30

minutes for deck construction.

Also the default K-value for all DM tournaments is 16. K-value = The maximum

number of points a player's rating may go up or down based on the results of

a single match within an event that uses the Elo ratings system.
