my tip is getting out 2 mighty shouter or red-eyed scorpion or at least 1 of eachout. Once you get 2 out you play an explosive fighter Ucarn and discard the 2 monsters you played and instead of them going to the graveyard they go to your mana zone and now you have a double breaker out to keep your opponent busy for awhile.Then you will need to get out a Gatling skyterror to get rid of their blockers.If you don't have gatling then you will need 2 holy awes and then you will have a chance at winnig the duel.
