Hmmmm.... If I win the match, I get 2 more free actions? But it cost me one action to draw this card and another to play it, so that's just breaking even. That is, unless my opponent wins the match, in which case I've just expended some considerable effort to help him win the game. Bleah!

This match has not really impressed me too much. I have tried to make it work, but the reward can be reached in many other ways and with less effort. I personally feel that this card could have been well left out of the game. I'm sure some of you out there have found ways to make it effective, but the fact is that there are other ways to get there and in some cases at less expense. Plus the fact that you are letting your opponent know ahead of time, when you are going to unload a 4 action move on them, allows them a chance to play some defense and possibly negating what you were really setting up to do. IT is for that very reason I do not favor this card much.

Oh Gryffindor Match, where for art thou Gryffindor Match?
With the new set, this guy should definatly work its way into Action decks, and the new Draco seems to fit in action decks, so that means you'll have items, and SSCauldron is a nice new item that gets you an action too. So if you play this card, you HAVE to play SSCauldron. (Just kidding. :P Be confused by my overwelming logic!)

But really, everyone knows how valuable an action can be. Say your up against HNH or Fouled! you know what a pain it can be to lose one of your actions.. getting two extra actions should be like the exact opposite of that feeling. ;) Actions are like money. They can be spent in good and bad ways, so you never know what your opponent might do with them if he won instead. Catch the Snitch might be a good card to use with this or any match for that matter. ;)

Gryffindor Match has a great reward to the winner and just happens to fit in nicely with an action based deck.... just imagine it... gryff match, bulgeye, then next turn you get four actions even if you don't play an item.... NEAT! It's not quite as exciting as Three Month Long Match and not quite as healthy as Slytherin Match, but the extra actions might be just what you need to finish off your opponent. This is a card that hasn't been played with a whole lot, but I definitely recommend lookin into it!
