Dudley is Harry's spoiled, bullying, overweight cousin. Dudley's parents always get Dudley what he wants, and make sure he has more food then Harry every time. One of Dudley's favourite past-times use to be Harry Hunting where he and his friends would try to get Harry and beat him up. Dudley stopped doing this after he found out Harry was a wizard because he was scared Harry would do something to him. 

In the first book, Hagrid gave Dudley a Pig's tail that had to be removed at a private hospital. Hagrid had meant to turn him into a whole pig but Dudley was to much like a real one already to make any major differences. Dudley goes to the school Smeltings, the school where his dad went when he was a child. In the Goblet of Fire, Dudley finally reached the size and weight of a young killer whale, and was finally wider then he was taller. They put Dudley on a diet, something he didn't like, but he did.
