Neville is a very forgetful boy, who didn't have his parent's with him while he was growing up. His parent's were tortured by Death Eater's, who used the Crucio curse to torture them until they became mentally insane. Neville's parent's didn't even recognize him when he went to visit them in St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Neville now lives with his Grandmother, and he has a pet toad named Trevor. Neville isn't really a talented Wizard, but comes from a very successful family of Wizard's and Witch's.
