Sorry to all my fans who have missed me, a few vertigos and kid quantoms teamed up on me and I was inccapacitated. Today we review the new magneto from armor wars. This magneto is a pretty hardcore brick, one that would be made twice as hardcore if he had pulsewave on his first click as well, but that might push his cost beyond playability. Is this an accurate magneto? Yes, very much so. Is it an acccurate magneto from the wanda has recreated the world to make everyone happy storyline? Not so much, bnut thats not too important, just slap an older magneto sculpt on this dial and you have a great click. Is he a good candidate from nova blast? I would think so, but he would need some tk backup to do it right, running shot out and hit someone for 5, push to running shot back, rest, next turn TK him out and have fun. Fortitude is almost a must for him. He really is meant for larger point games, because on click 9 he becomes a nice support piece giving you barrier and outwit, and you can make use of that frontloaded leadership.

100: im running out of jokes like this/5
200: 1.989/5 He is strong enough to hold his own but your paying for a lot you wont get to use properly
300: 2.436/5 Nicely holds up here with a medic, a TKer and some thrid string attackers
400: 3.190/5 might actualy get to use that leader ship
500: 3.421/5 He might get knocked down pretty fast by the bigger guns, but if that impervious holds up he will pose a very serious threat.

Dario Well, it's certainly a while since we did a Marvel' character, so i guess it's only fthat we do some this week. And boy, we atart with a very known, and powerful one. Magneto. I think this version of him is from Ultimates, but i could easilly be mistaken :P. I'm not gonna waste time yapping about him, because i'm assuming you're familiar with this guy. So, onto the
figure: Pretty neat sculpt, hefty cost (at 187!), 10 clicks of health, 10 range, 1 target, and the Brotherhood TA.. and:

Stats:

Speed: 12,10, 9, 9, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7. The 1st is Running Shot and Force Blast the last 3.

Attack: 12, 11, 10, 10, 10, 9, 9, 9, 9, 9. Pulse Wave from the 2nd till the 4th and the following 3 are Quake, and no more.

Defense: 17, 16, 15, 17, 16, 15, 16, 15, 15, 14. Starts with Impervious for 3, then moves to Invulnerability for 3, then comes Toughness for 2 and finishes with 2 of Barrier.

Damage: 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2. Starts with 2 of Leadership and then has Outwit for the last 3.

Analysis: I haven't a lot of time for this review, so it'll be quick and painful :P I'll just compare him with a very good character of similar cost, U Thor. This guy's defense is much better, but his damage and attack values are lower. Is he unplayable? No, but he's not really good either, and that's mainly because he has no movement powers asaide from a single RS click. If he had Pulse Wave with Running Shot at the same time, maybe he would a good character for Nova Blast. But he isn't.

Conclusion: If you are a fan of his, build a team aroudn him, you can make it work probably. But there are better ones to go with.I'll be giving him a
2.5
