ANALYSIS:
Naturally, Green Arrow Jr. here is a shooter through and through. He's starting with Running Shot and ESD and 3 damage at 10 range. But his 2nd click is the good stuff, adding 11 AV, his Special Power "Fusillade" (a power action giving him two attacks against two separate targets) and RCE. Basically, he's the full range package here. Mid-dial, he's also a close combat piece with normal Flurry and Super Senses, and in the end he gets his 3 damage back with Combat Reflexes and Willpower. If you bother with a feat at all, pick one: HEIGHTENED REFLEXES against those move+attackers who can actually threaten him at his comfort zone, POINT BLANK for those who get in close, and TRICK SHOT for unrestricted games.

RATING: 5 of 5. No real weaknesses in this piece.

Connor Hawke erupts into HeroClix. Better than his Oliver Queen counterpart? Let's find out.

Special Power: Give Green Arrow a power action. He makes two separate ranged combat attacks as free actions (making two separate attack rolls against two different target opposing characters). Resolve the first attack before making the second; if he loses Fusillade before making the second attack, he can't make the second attack.

Speed  -- Whoa talk about your cheap attacking piece. 10 Range, Running Shot.. I can't recall many figures like this with his cost since the old Infinity Challenge days. Flurry is incredibly random, yet useful.

Attack  -- Sweet three double digit values. I really like that special power, especially since he has 4 damage from range.

Defense  -- Talk about hard to hit. 19 from range. Then later on, 17 from close combat. Then Super Senses.. and Willpower.. yeah good luck killing this guy.

Damage  -- 3.. not that bad. I already mentioned the 4 damage and as we continue down the dial, more threes.

Sculpt  -- Lime-Green Arrow? I really hope he glows in the dark.

 Feat Options
~ Protected. ~ Armor Piercing will ensure some clicks dealt.

~~ What a week. And what a way to end. Green Arrow will be spotted at the upcoming tourneys, that's a guarantee. Only 5 KO clicks too. For 70 points? Thunderball from Armor Wars (140 points, double Green Arrow's point value) has 5 KO clicks! I promise next week or soon we'll dig into the drawer of awful "misfit" heroclix, because we might have just reviewed the #2 of #1 best figure in the Justice League set. ~~

Green Arrow receives a 4.5/5.
