STRENGTHS:

Like all other White Lanterns, he starts withTelekinesis. But that's not his prime use by a long shot — he's Hypersonic (also sporting Super Senses with 18 DV). 

He's just a standard HSS piece until he gets his "White Sprint" SP mid-dial that heals him a click 33% of the time he uses HSS. (Just be careful the healing won't strand him on click 2.) 

Later, he gets some surprise clicks of Outwit before ending on the Last White Lantern click.

WEAKNESSES:

He's got the 2nd-click Force Blast of all the other WLs, which is a VERY unwelcome interruption from his HSS run(s).  Also very expensive for his light damage-dealing capacity. Energy Explosion is just wasted on him. 

CARDS TO CONSIDER:

None improve him enough to bloat his cost any further. 

IN SUM:

It's honestly hard to recommend him outside of a high-point Teen Titans theme (as they could really use the TK) due to his high price. 2.5 of 5.
