STRENGTHS:
Already an above average speedster thanks to HSS
with 3 damage, Perplex makes him
exceptional...especially since he holds that power
(and TK) on click 2.
HSS's return mid-dial — with Willpower! — brings him
back in the fight and he never loses his moving
attack powers until the Last White Lantern Click.
Hiis "White Blur" SP gives him Shape Change that can
heal him multiple times on the opponent's turn(s).
And when his damage drops too low, he's got Psychic
Blast to help maintain the threat.
WEAKNESSES:
Aside from a total lack of damage reducers, he
doesn't really have one.
CARDS TO CONSIDER:
Apart from maybe CAMOUFLAGE to defend against ranged
attacks, no cards necessary; his price point is just
right for what he offers.
