Invisible Man custom scenario by malemonkley malemonkley@hotmail.com Hey there I got a brand-new scenario for you: Invisible Man: Items needed: One player playing the role of the Invisible Man (IM) Any number of other players Any Map though indoor is a bit better IMO Some graph paper Assorted clixs Some sort of divider that players cannot see over Rules: Person choosing to be IM chooses one click and places it behind the divider, no one else is allowed to see it, but must say the points. The opposing players make teams that add up to the next 100 pts. (Example: if the IM is playing a 135 point click, the opposing team plays a 200 pt team) On the graph paper, the IM sketches the map being played on indicating Hindering/Blocking territory etc. Once again only the IM sees this. How it plays out: For the IM: The IM always goes first. He makes his movements on the graph paper using the squares that correspond to the maps but does not have his figure visible on the main map. The IM is never based and may move between opposing characters. The IM can make either Ranged or Close Combat actions, and get bonuses for such. When attacking the IM does not have to state that it is a close or ranged Combat, unless using a power that specifies a type (Ex. Blades/Claw/Fangs or Psychic Blast must be declared as being used) When attacking the IM can designate a target and after the roll simply state whether the attack hit or not. It is the same when being attacked by an opposing player, they may state whether the opposing attack hits. Upon being hit by an attack, the IM is no longer Invisible and is immediately put onto the field, taking the appropriate damage. The IM turns visible whenever an attack is successful, meaning even if no damage is dealt (such as due to Invlunerabilty). The IM may not be on the same square as an opposing figure. If this occurs, they must move to an open square immeidatly adjacent to their current position The Invisible Power may not be Outwitted, although the IM can be Mind Controlled. For the Opposing players: Movement and turns is in the same as normal except for the following: A character making a Close Combat action strikes at every square adjacent to it except those occupied by a friendly figure. A character making a Ranged Combat strikes every square in its range in one direction. Pulse Wave and Quake still use the same rules. Mind Control is used as a Range Combat action. If the figure is not in the area that was struck, the attack was unsuccessful and an action token is given. There you go. Questions, concerns, comments, props?
