The Ultimate 400 Point Team

My friends and I played a 400 point Heroclix game Jan. 1^st, and we had a great time!

Here are our teams:

Me:

U Emperor Joker-199

U Zoom-130

E Penguin-40 (Batman Alpha)

R Harley Quinn-30 (Batman Alpha)

Nanobots-10 (EJ and Zoom)

Lucky Break-5 (EJ and Zoom)

Force Field-10 (Zoom)

(As you can see, my friends and I like to sometimes go over the point total, usually with

feats!)

Ben:

V Quicksilver-105

V Ironman (Armor Wars)-172

E Domino-46

U Colonel Logan-70

U Wolverine-64 (Infinity Challenge)

Nick:

V Lex Luther-161

V Human Torch-102

V Batman-119 (Icons)

R Dr. Midnight-24

Here’s a brief overview of the game:

I got first turn, but passed. Nick decided to move Human Torch up towards Ben,

And made a beeline for my starting area with Lexy and Bats. Ben started moving his figs up,

And then I had Penguin Perplex Zooms damage value up to 3, and I quickly smacked Bats for 6 damage.

Nick immediately made an about face, and ran to Midnight for some healing, while Ben used Quicksilver

To charge Zoom.

Big Mistake.

I repeated the Penguin Perplex maneuver again, and 2 attacks later (Joker/Zoom) Quicksilver was a red splat on the sidewalk.

Naturally, Ben wanted to throttle me at that point, so I decided to take cover behind a convenient wall. (We played on my X-men Danger Room map)

Nick kept trying to snipe Zoom with Lex, and Ben actually succeeded in killing Harley with Ironman. Joker was furious for the death of his girlfriend

(Well, sort of) and immediately lashed back, outwitting Ironman’s Defense and nailing him for 6 damage!!

Well, the game was long and bloody, but I wound up winning, with Zoom taking only 1 click of damage from pushing, Penguin being on

His last leg and Joker at full health! This team rocks, and I plan on using it again soon!
