Feats: Protected on Widow (8) and you have 10 points left
over, just making the 10% feat limit. I recommend Loner (5) and Lucky Break (5) on Bullseye, but Nanobots is nice too.

Strategy: Use Bullseye and Fury to snipe, with Ghost Widow taxing around one of the two.
I actually recommend dropping off Fury in hindering terrain, and taxing around Bullseye. Bullseye has
a great first strike capability, and on his 2nd click gains Willpower + RCE. Enjoy!
