This
is a very interesting card. An alternative
to Upheaval for 'tog, especially since it costs
less and can cycle. For Suicide black, it's
not horrid. Cycle early to deal a little
damage and draw a card, or use it late to finish
them off. I think this card will appear in
some main decks, especially in Extended, as a way
of breaking a stalemate. In type 2, you
might find 'tog decks running them as well. In
limited, it's game over. You'd be silly not
to play it if going black.
