This is a very interesting card.  An alternative to Upheaval for 'tog, especially since it costs less and can cycle.  For Suicide black, it's not horrid.  Cycle early to deal a little damage and draw a card, or use it late to finish them off.  I think this card will appear in some main decks, especially in Extended, as a way of breaking a stalemate.  In type 2, you might find 'tog decks running them as well.

In limited, it's game over.  You'd be silly not to play it if going black.

Constructed: 4
Limited: 4.5

In constructed this card probably does make the cut in serious black decks. It's not really because it is a bad card more likely it is a decent card that black can't give up a slot for. In other words there are just too many great black cards for this to even get considered. The limited environment is the place to play this card. The history of limited play has shown us that games frequently become a creature stalemate and are then one by the player with an evasion creature, or through the use of something that provides evasion. This card provides that evasion and therefore I think it is a must play in limited decks with a black component.

This card could just be plain nasty! Make all your creatures unblockable for a turn (against the right sort of deck). Could this mean psychatog could now win without the messyness of having to pay upheaval? I like this card. A 4 in constructed.

In limited its an absolute bomb and it only costs 3 mana. It gets a 4.5
