Pacifism, while it does not really see any constructed play, serious or casual, is an amazing add to any white build in limited. I'd seriously consider splashing white for it if I had any mana support. While Arrest out of Mirrodin often turns out to be more versatile, Pacifism still is an include when playing 8th limited.

An enchantment. That disables creatures. No chance in Hades that you'll find me playing this in ANY constructed deck.

In limited, it's control, and since the enchantment removal isn't as plentiful, I'd play it.

I think a lot of people overlook this card in constructed... all the white
weenie decks that've been popping up recently and have wing shards instead
of this are in error, imho. Wing shards is defensive, this card is offensive. In limited, it's of course good, one of white's most straightforward pieces of removal.

constructed 3.1

Pacifism

A limited only card that's a great removal card. Just be careful they don't piety charm it off during combat or something.

I collect these, the Tempest one. I just love that artwork, and the 8th
edition is pretty funny. This is the little bro of Arrest, and you just have
to decide which one you like better. I prefer this over Arrest just because
it only costs 1W instead of 2W, which I feel is a very big difference.

Shylo About the only good thing about Pacifism (at least 8th and Mirage) is the art. Who doesn't enjoy seeing a hippie skeleton? Anyway, I think this card is useless and it's outshined by Arrest. I hate these types of cards because you're better off destroying the creature.. However, in limited where creatures with useful activated abilities are few, and enchantment destruction is limited to Demystify and Naturalize, Pacifism shines as a spot remover.
