MIRRODIN PICS ARE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the full Rare list posted on some eBay auctions. Click here to see the full list and click on each name to see the picture of each card.  The set is REALLY different, and will bring a huge change to the way we play!!

Well, it's a Mana Flare of sorts.  It's hard to say if this card will find a home in constructed. In limited, if you're playing very high costed spells, this could help you out some. Eh.

The latest in the line of Mana Flare variants, you imprint one of your land on this to make all lands with that name have a Fertile Ground on them. This can be useful for colors that typically can't get rid of a caertain class of card. For example, red and black have a hard time getting rid of enchantments. Use this, though, and take out one of your lands, and all of a suddden you have access to either green or white mana to be able to Naturalize or Demistify it.

This will prove to be more useful than the Soul Foundry in my opinion, after all is said and done. If they Naturalize this, you're only out a land. And although this works for both players, you can typically just not cast this if you're playing the same color, unless you need it.

Mana acceleration is worthless in limited. I wouldn't play this.

Yeah, it's a flare for one color.  That takes an investment of two cards.
Odds are, a lot of the time you'd be better off with a couple worn
powerstones or somesuch most of the time,  but this may see some play in the
right deck.

AAAAARgh! Why did it have to be symmetric!?!  If it weren't for the
symmetry, this card would be the BOMB!  But alas, it's just an expensive
mana flare for any color. Now this doesn't mean this card is bad, it just
means it isn't as great as I would like it to be. Its an amazing way to
speed up any deck. The mana cost is the reason why its not only useable, but
efficient to. Once played.you'll more than likely have 6 mana to play around
with the following turn. 6 mana turn 4 is quite nice.but wait.. There it is
again.your opponent will more than likely be able to use the ablity far
before you will, and against the wrong deck, that's could be it for you.

So all in all, I have very mixed feelings about this card. Its very
difficult to speculate how this card will work in the environment. It will
be an interesting thing to keep an eye on.

In limited..useless I my eyes. theres a good chance it will just help your
opponent get their "bomb" out much earlier.so don't grab it.

Constructed - ?  hmmm..2.3..NO.4..NO...3...NO...3.5..*sigh

Now, I think the best thing about this card is that awsome picture. The
worst part is it helps your opponents if they are using the same land as you
are. But if they are not, then boo ya. And plopping this down on turn 3 will
double your mana on turn 4 which will be a huge help. Of course, this is
most effective if you are using a mono color deck. If you imprint say....a
Coastal Tower. Then If you tap another one that you have in play you can get
another W or U, which is a good deal.

Its an artifact "Mana Flare" for one color//type of land. It will probably see play somewhere, but its fate is uncertain now since theres no way to see the whole set yet.

In limited its pretty much useless, since it can help your opponent also. Mostly though, cards like this just aren't worth playing in limited.
