After long hours of wondering how I could make a decent deck with next to no rares I had come upon the best creature in planeshift... Cavern Harpy! This 2/1 is virtually unkillable and I think that it's low casting cost could make it spectacular. I decided to base this deck on a nether-go deck, but with a few more useful creatures. The harpy's gaiting ability could lead to some problems, but they are easily solved by another great common, ravenous rats! Throw in nightscape familiar and you have a perfect 12 creatures. Add some counterspells, creature control and card draw, then you have Harpy-Go! 4x Cavern Harpy 4x Ravenous Rats 4x Nightscape Familiar 4x Counterspell 4x Exclude 3x Thwart 3x Foil 3x Spite/Malice 4x Terror 4x Accumulated Knowledge 3x Lobotomy 4x Salt Marsh 6x Swamp 10x Island WOW! If you look very closely, you will notice that there are NO RARES! If you are one of those people with Undermines coming out the Wazoo, then you can put those in. Fact or fiction might be perfect if you have 'em. Lobotomy might not be all that useful at times so I recommend switching it for a couple Agendas. Other than that I think It works surprisingly well.
