Magic The Gathering - Official Encyclopedia, Volume 3.

This book picks up where Volume 2 left off.   It features over 900 cards from: Tempest; Stronghold; Exodus; Vanguard; Portal Second Age; 1996 Pro Tour Decks; and 1997 World Championship Decks.

Every card is again printed in full color, and the book is 8-1/2" x 11".  The quality of paper used in this book, and Volumes 2 & 3, is exceptional.  The most useful cards of each set are highlighted.

This book is great for constructing decks for the Type II tourneys you are most likely to enter.  Another good use for this book: You can order packs of  inexpensive foreign cards, and look up their errata here, in case you don't recognize the artwork.  Again, good for your personal library.

This book retails for $22.95, so can save about 4-1/2 bucks at Amazon.com.
