I'll be short with this one. Recursion is nice, as
is the natural chakra burst you get from using a
mission. Now I'm just describing my decks here, but
I often find mission space is at a premium, and that
I don't want to waste it on jutsu recursion. I want
my missions, when I use them, to hit hard and give
me some sort of definite advantage. The fact that
you're losing a draw also hurts, as late game you
want every card you can in order to end the match as
soon as possible. After all, the longer the game
goes the more chances your opponent has to wrongfoot
and eventually defeat you.
Constructed: 2.5/5 - I just don't see a use for it.
Limited: 3/5 - I could see it being used here, when
you've got that single copy of a rare jutsu you need
to to re-use.
Art: 2/5 - Meh.
