Fire Style: Dragon Flame
Requirement: Sannin/Satoosa or above. That hurts.
However, it's not so unfeasible with the hokages,
orochimaru, and jiraiya running around. The cost is
also pretty high; three fire chakra for one damage
against each member of the other team. This goes
with the whole "expensive fire damage jutsu" theme,
which could theoretically work in a Lightning/Fire
deck, seeing as how Lightning is the master of
getting a lot of chakra for expensive jutsus.
However, Lightning is one of the weaker types at the
moment, and this is just too expensive and
situational to really consider using.

Requirement: Satoosa or Sannin or higher rank.
Target: Each ninja battling against the user.
Effect: Give 1 damage to the target.
As we wrap up this week, we come to a very powerful
jutsu that is among the new Satoosa/Sannin only
Dragon Flame Bombs is straight forward in what it
does, and that is disable an entire team for your
3rd Hokage to trample all over ;) That is basically
the only guy who will be using this, as he is
conveniently the only fire Satoosa right now. While
combining with other elements, Orochimaru, The
1st/Second Hokage, or even Shibiki could be a nice
surprise to use this Jutsu. Shibiki especially could
be fun, since you could send him into block and
blast their big ole' team to smithereens. This card
would probably be a lot better if it cost 2 Fire
chakra, since requiring a Satoosa or Sannin is a big
enough cost by itself in my opinion. Blah, can't
change what already is.
Constructed: 3/5: Could be better with new versions
of Jiraiya and the new Orochimarus or Tsunades that
Limited: 2/5: Same as with yesterday's card, it is
solid, but it just has trouble being used. If you
got lucky and pulled a 1st/2nd or wow, a Third, you
could try it out, though.

J-148 Dragon Flame Bombs
Cost: Fire | Fire | Fire
Requirements: “Satoosa” or “Sannin” or higher Rank
Target: Every Ninja battling against the user
Effect: Give 1 Damage to the target.
For three chakra, you can injure your opponent's
battling team. Sometimes, you will lower their
combat or support substantially, or even kill one of
the ninjas in their team before the showdown, making
it easy to completely defeat the opponent. However,
lthis card is easy to counter, because it's cost is
high and it requires a high rank ninja to play. At
that late point in the game when you have a Sannin,
your opponent has probably found a counter to this
jutsu. Also, it's unlikely that this Jutsu can be
used as Removal (Like 8 Trigrams and Giant Vortex)
unless the jutsu kills the user.
In limited, negation isn’t so easy to come by, but
Sannins and Satoosas are as well. Though if you’re
drafting R&R, you could pull the First, Second,
Third, or Orochimaru. The heavy Fire cost will also
hurt you, and by time you have a Sannin, the chakra
necessary, and Dragon Flame Bombs it might be too
late. But if you can get this to resolve, you will
probably force your opponent to concede. It’s risky,
so it wouldn’t be first pick for me, but if you have
favorable conditions in your deck (Lots of fire,
satoosas) then throw it in as a trump card. If you
can pull it off, it will be an enourmous blow
against your opponent, one that is difficult to
recover from in limited.

Naruto fans. Beastly Mage here once again, getting
ready for tomorrow's Chunin Exam *anxious*. Today's
card is one that seems to have inspired the previous
two cards. Dragon Flame Bombs can be negated by this
week's previous cards. That doesn't mean you
shouldn't run it. It's still pretty good. Problem is
that it's a bit costly (like a lot of Fire cards)
and has a rank requirement. Still, giving damage to
an entire team is great.
