Except this one's a jonin. And for some reason his
attribute is "Illusion" instead of "Genjutsu."

Beastly Mage here. Today's card is Kakashi... with
no effect?! Normally, Kakashi has a great effect,
but today's card is his Vanilla version. His stats
are OK, specially with no hand cost. Now, what sort
of deck can use this Kakashi? I'm guessing a Kakashi/Might
Guy Platoon deck. This sort of deck could use this
Ninja.
Kakashi is a great 4 drop,
but not always as much as Kurenai or Inoichi who
have better support. I'd prefer to run Kurenais in
my 4 drop spot and Kakashis [Early Settlement or
Energizing the Brain] in the 5 drop. Looking past
these comparisons:
Fortunately, he has a higher combat healthy and
injured then his turn 4 lady friends, and that 1
point of combat can mean the difference. Then again
with a solid 3 support Kakashi will probably spend a
fair amount of time in the back.
He's also got Sharingan Eye, which is a plus of
course.
In limited, he's a beatstick without a hand cost who
can use the rare sharingan based jutsus. Use him.
