Protects The Big Tree]
This is definitely one of the better Tsunade cards
out there with no draw back on the card minus the
low injured stats. She's now the 5th Hokage of the
Leaf Village so she gets the Satoosa rank as well,
which doesn't make a huge difference. She's an 8/1
and a 4/0. Basically, her effect is Valid and when
any of your ninjas in your team is removed from play
by the effects of your opponent's ninja or Jutsu
cards, you get to select and discard 1 of your
opponent's ninjas battling against her. So anything
that removes a Ninja from play aside from Missions
Tsunade's effect would work. 8 Trigram, Water Style:
Giant Vortex Jutsu, and Third Hokage[APW], her
effect would counter against and work very well.
She's definitely the best Wind 6 Drop in 2007. And
there's no really arguing against that.

Massive stats and a killer
picture and effect are what make this Tsunade one of
the best cards ever! She's Wind, An 8-Combat, Sannin
and Hokage, has great Mental Power, AND Medical in
both areas A N D has an awesome, VALID effect! If
you have this, make a new Deck if you have to! JUST
USE HER! The only Tsunade I have is 3-Cornered
Battle! USE THIS AWESOME CARD!!!!!!!!!!

Protects the Big Tree] N-us049
Several versions of Tsunade were released in 2007
and this one stood out above the rest. It's effect
allows it to be a perfect counter to 8 Trigram
Divination
(J-006) and Water Style: Giant Vortex (J-034), two
of the more popular Jutsu for Fire and Water. More
importantly it was the much needed counter to The
Third Hokage APW, which was abused massively prior
to its errata... which was unfortunately before the
release of this version of Tsunade. I'm a bit
surprised to see this card on this list to tell you
the truth.
For Constructed tournaments this deck is probably
better as a side deck for Mono Fire. Given the
option I'd prefer to play The Fifth Hokage
[Recommendation] or Tsunade [ATCB] for my Wind 6
drop.
In Limited tournaments this deck is decent. If you
can pull enough wind for it in a draft it's not a
bad choice and if I recall Quest for Power had a
fair amount of decent wind element cards.

Tsunade(the one who
protects the big tree). We now come to the number 4
card on our list, the Tsunade from Quest for Power.
Tsunade is already a powerhouse, with 8/1, 4/0
stats, along with a nice big 3 mental power, and
Sannin rank. This one however, adds a protective
effect to her team.
Whenever a ninja in her team (including herself)
would be removed from play by an opponent's card
effect, you can discard a ninja battling against
Tsunade. This basically stops Trigram, Vortex, and
The Third(APW) completely crap. One bad thing is
that it doesn't protect against damage effects,
which are becoming more and more common these days.
Also, she isn't versatile, since she only has 1
support healthy, and injured, she's not very good
anymore.
Construction:4.25/5(She's pretty good, but weak
injured stats and an effect that depends on your
opponent messing up prevent it from getting a higher
score. At least it is valid though.)
Limited:4.5/5(Her effect won't matter much, but you
don't pass up a heavy hitter like her.)
