Like Monday's mission, this one's
a dual-element that negates the effect of all Ninjas
with an entry cost of 1 or less. Thing is that this
card is a Water-Wind rather than Fire-Lightning,
plus this card only works for two turns. Now,
negating the effects of all of those Ninjas can be
good, but is it worth it? I say try it and see. You
never know, I mean, making that Shikamaru
[Flexibility] and that Sakura [ADP} into nothing
more than zero-combat Ninjas for a couple of turns
can be good.

Let's see, the picture is weird, and I don't think
Sakura enjoyed being treated like that. Dual Chakra
and negates, for two turns, low EC Ninjas. I don't
like it that much, since it hits both of the
Villiages. It also has limited range and duration,
so I don't think its going to be used much at all.
Not even in casual play. There's nothing
particularly terrible about this card, it's just
that there are better ways to full up a Deck than
with a card like this.
