More hand annihilation from the experts in the category, the Hyuga clan.  This time, for two you can knock out up to two cards from their hand.  Not a very restrictive jutsu, and early game this would work well.  If you had a lot of Earth in your pool.  Simple math

2 chakra cost + 2 Earth in your pool = 4 cards from your hand

2 discarded = 2 cards from their hand?

That doesn't seem like much of an advantage to me.

In limited, this one just doesn't seem to have a place.
