Inuzuka & Akamaru
Today's card is everybody's favorite Doggy-Boy Ninja
and his faithful companion. The Kiba/Akamaru squad
makes the head Ninja of their team inmune to your
opponent's effects. Basically, it'll make the head
Ninja kinda of invincible. The stats are great, and
there's no reason not to play this squad in the Mill
deck or any other (since Kiba and Akamaru are so
played nowadays). Try it and see.

Hey there everyone and welcome to another review
in squad week ;D. Today we got:
Kiba Inuzuka & Akamaru N-574
Ahh the trusty combo of Kiba and Akamaru, a
classic, this time we see them on a squad card.
Let's see what it has. It's a turn 3 Squad card with
no hand cost, Chunin, Animal, Ninja Dog, Fang and
nice stats (H:5/3, I:4/2) for turn 3 indeed. This
card is nicely pumped for its turn and has access to
all Chunin level jutsu and all the Kiba/Akamaru/Animal
Jutsus as well. It's seen more than average use, in
fact in almost every deck, because their easily
welcomed splashes and lets face it, you can't get
more complimentary than Kiba and Akamaru, they
tutor/help themselves in more ways than 1.
This card's effect is incredibly nice, when it is
battling as a back ninja (sorry they can't help
themselves here) the head ninja basically gains
[OVERFLOWING CHAKRA] effect, but there's a few
vulnerabilities, one that the effect is not valid
and ONLY when battling, not always like an active OC
ninja would be and if these guys get injured,
effect's not valid, then the head ninja becomes
vulnerable again. However a squad card that comes so
easy to put in play with nice stats and a great
effect overall can't be ignored. Not to mention that
in Mill decks you can use this till you get Double
Headed Wolf in hand if you don't have it by turn 3
then just sack these guys for it later.
A nice card indeed, worth the search and no reason
why not to run it.
Limited: 1/5 (No Akamaru, so missing one ninja,
