Now here's a card that's been causing some heads to turn as of late!

Cost FF, users are only Kakashi and Itachi. First effect, negate opponent's text, which allows you to remove Rock Lee(HSM), Gamabunta(HitGW), and other lightning cards...yeah, if that was it, this wouldn't be a card. It's second effect, which is a first of for this game, removes one ninja on your opponent's side of the board from the game. That's huge, especially if you hit a ninja that's at one, like Kank. Kill their Kank, laugh. At the end of the turn, you get a -2/-2 coin, but that's a totally fair cost for being to not only RFG a ninja, but snipe RFG. Yeah, that's right, you don't even have to battle them. Thus proving again that Fire has the best jutsu in the game...still...

This is a great card, and one that I myself am sad that is in a short print set...but once I get three, I'll be running them in a heartbeat. If it wasn't for the -2/-2, this card would be unfair.

Rating
Constructed:4.75/5 So close to perfect, but still incredible!
Limited:3/5 Not a lot of users here...

Ok, I'll admit, when this card first came out, I thought this card was bad due to the handicap. The thought of having a Kakashi/Itachi with 4/1 stats for the rest of the game made me cringe at the mere thought, and I didn't even want to bother with Sakura [Cure]. Then I realized that instead of running Kakashi like [Eye that Detects Falsehood], just run one that isn't going to stay on the field that long (i.e. A New Technique). This card has so much indirect synergy with Kakashi [A New Technique], that's it's like poetry in motion. Play the Kakashi, injure him for his effect, then use him as fodder for Sasuke or Mange/Trigrams a ninja or two during the Exchange of Jutsu; it is a beautiful thing. From experience, I wouldn't recommend using this card with any other Kakashi; he may not stay on the field long in most cases, but man does he shake things up while he's there.

Hey there all, it's friday so have a nice weekend :D. Today we're reviewing:

Mangekyo Sharingan J-459

Today's card is a jutsu that costs two Fire Chakra to use and can only be used by Kakashi or Itachi. The effect is simple, you can choose any of your opponent's ninjas and instantly their effect is negated and they get removed from the game. Excellent, you can use this not only to beat an opposing team but also to respond against some nasty effect you don't want to deal with. The down side is that the user gets a -2/-2 coin after this jutsu resolves, so it weakens your ninja. You can remove this coin with Sakura[Cure] or Detoxification which both have seen a lot of play in decks with this jutsu and Kakashi[A New Technique].

A nice jutsu overall but if it's up to me I'd go with Lightning Blade[Chosen] or something else, but in a deck with the previously mentioned strategy, why not run this?

Limited: 1.5/5 (User specific jutsus aren't so good here)
Constructed: 3.5/5 (Very nice jutsu in the right deck)

Art: It's a bird! It's a plane! no it's Deidara!!!/5
