Beastly Mage

Shino Aburame

This version of Shino completely kills your opponent's Ambush strategy. If you see a few Ambush Ninjas in the Chakra area, use this to shuffle them back into your opponent's deck. That way, you won't have to worry about such things as Itachi or Zetsu coming out. Thing is that after the Chakra area is shuffled back into the deck, you then put the same amount of cards you shuffled into the deck back to the Chakra area. So, that means there's a chance you'd be putting in more Ambush Ninjas than the amount you took out. This effect is good in limited, but in the right deck, it's a nightmare for your opponent in constructed. Try it and see!

StormVyper Zera Shino Aburame [Quiet]

Eh. I'm not really sure of the exact thought process when they were designing this card. His effect is cool, but I don't really understand what the design team thought we were gonna do with him. I mean, I may be wrong but in an Insect deck this doesn't really do anything significant for the overall strategy (whatever it may be) except provide you with a bigger Shino. And if it's one of the general use sort of cards, [Insect Warrior] beats this guy all day long. The effect isn't bad, it just doesn't do anything that's immediately relevant. So again, eh.
