Beastly Mage

Chakra Paper

Today's card is a really nice Full Permanent Mission from Broken Promise. Chakra Paper allows you to have double symbols in the cards in both your Chakra AND hand. This is good for Fire decks, since they still have some of the most expensive (Chakra-heavy) Jutsus. That way, you always have the symbol you need in your Chakra Area. Also, it's good for drafts, since you could have that Jutsu in your hand AND the right Ninja out, but not the right Chakra. This card can really help. Try it and see!

4/14/10 M-587 Chakra Paper
=====================

Today's card is a very interesting mission reminiscent of "Observer" back in Coils of the Snake... or was it Curse of the Sand? Whatever, old card is old.

The card basically makes dual element decks much more consistent. Since every thing in your hand now has the same symbol, hand cost can be paid with any card, which is great in those double colored decks. Additionally, it makes jutsus much easier to use in these decks since it is now easier to pull off that one jutsu that requires the element you don't have in your chakra area. A solid card that is also permanent.

Limited: 2/5 I really don't know how to rate this card in this format... It could be useful or not...
Constructed: 3.75/5 Great in Dual Element decks if you have the room for it.
Block: 3.75/5
Art: Kakashi: Let me help you kids out with.... my Ninja Info Cards.... er, Chakra Paper.
