N-712 The 4th Hokage [SPACE NINJUTSU]

Today's card is The 4th Hokage, and it's still pretty cool. But as we know, you have to be beastly to carry that title, so let's check out it's stats, shall we:

Man, what a beast! Nice stats on both injured and healthy, along with two mental protecting him from all the crazy new mental effects. It's good to see some mental on a lightning card, and having the Satoosa rank, while not really useful, is always good to have. Oil can be cool, I like it, and it helps out at toads. But now let's check out it's effect, shall we:

[SPACE NINJUTSU]
Valid: During your Mission Phase, you can discard 2 of your Chakras. In that case, place a Ninja Blade coin symbolizing a "Mark" coin on 1 of your opponent's Ninja.
Valid: During the Exchange of Jutsu, you can place this Ninja in any of your Battling Teams in any position. In that case, if there are 1 or more Ninja with a "Mark" coin in the opposing Team, give 1 Damage to those Ninjas.

It's like some weird reverse Deidara effect. I myself don't like paying for an effect before I get some reward off of it, but this isn't a bad effect seeing as lightning has gotten better and better at building chakra. So honestly, it's probably going to go off a lot. But it also puts a big target on The 4th, but I guess he had that before. I honestly like the older 4th (Younger Days), but this card does curve better with lightning's current ninja. So really, it's your choice on ninja.

Today's card is one of the best supers in the new set and in the game most likely.

Let's take same time to have an overview of the card...

The Fourth Hokage is a pretty game name to have since you have access to most of the devastating Rasengan jutsus. Another interesting thing about his name is that he doesn't have the (Younger Days) tag under it even though its Jonin Minato but I'm not going to complain since it not having Satoosa means he's a lower dop. For a turn 5 ninja, this guy has beastly stats that are even better when injured. Weapon and Oil attributes are also pretty good, but mainly Oil useful.

Now let's view his effect:
[Space Ninjutsu]

Valid: During your Mission Phase, discard 2 of your chakras. In that case, place one "Mark" coin on one of your oppnent's ninjas.

Valid: During the EoJ, you can place him into one of your other battling teams. In that case, give one damage to all ninjas with a mark coin battling against him.

This guy has been dubbed [Plastic Warrior] since both of his effects seem to mimic those of the [Lifeless Warrior] Ninjas and Deaidara [Plastic Arts], however, I'm not sure about the former. It may seem that he can be thrown into teams like (Younger Days) but I don't think he can just quite... the wording says put him in another of your battling teams, meaning has to be battling in another already and it does not say he can be thrown on while being on stand-by. A good effect still, nonetheless.

All in all, this card is another brick in Lightning's wall. The only thing now is to decide whether to run him or [Lightning Speed]
