Restricted Jutsu
Today's card is a mission that can stop your
opponent's Jutsus for a while. For four turns, that
Jutsu your opponent just looked for stay in the hand
if you declare the Jutsu's name. Of course, this
also affects you too. This is perfect sideboard
material against Lightning Decks that depend on
recovering Jutsus with the Jiraiya/Naruto Squad, as
well as other decks that depend on a few Jutsus (a
few KILLER Jutsus). In limited, I don't see this
card doing so much. In constructed, however, it
could put a real dent in your opponent's plans.
