Three Tails
This is one big turtle! O.O
Three Tails can be great for Chakra Control
Decks. If he scores any Victory, you can discard
three of your opponent's Chakras. The effect doesn't
say "up to", so it HAS to be three. The second
effect makes it so that, if your opponent has any
Chakra when sending a Team out to play, he or she
has to discard one Chakra if possible. These effects
are both Valid, making Three Tails good. The Combat
and Support stats are very nice for a turn 7. In
Limited, unless you draft enough Water (and the
Ninja that takes off three out of the turtle's
Entrance Cost) he won't be too useful. In
Constructed, particularly Block, he's that good. Try
it and see!
