Yamato
Today's card is a Promo version of Yamato. Like with
previous versions, this one has no rank, which for
some is not good. But, if you play this guy right,
you won't even care about that. The effect's name
(Creating a Forest from Underground) is quiet
appropriate for this Ninja. Putting him in play
means you get to recover three Earth cards from your
discard to your Chakra Area. That alone is good for
Earth decks. As a bonus, he can use Jutsus with the
"First Hokage" user requirement. That means he's
good in Unlimited Format. Try it and see!

PR-046 Yamato [Creating A Forrest From Underground
========================================
Today's card is an old promo which is a little
irrelevant to today's meta-game/ He was good when he
came out, as the only other Yamato out was [Gene of
Destiny] which wasn't played much due to his silver
bullet effect. The new Chibi Yamato and [Control by
Fear] both outshine this card, but he still is a
good/cheap alternative to those two. Netting three
chakra is always good, and allows easy set-up for 4
Pillars/DFC. It's a good card, but there are better
versions of him out.
