This is a Ninja that can be used either in the
Maindeck or the Sideboard. When any Permanent
Mission is put in play, you get to draw a card.
That's a nifty Valid effect, and one that can be
used in any situation. If you use a lot of Permanent
Missions (either full or with a time limit) this guy
is a good option. If your opponent has that
strategy, then he's a good Sideboard option. Having
Mastery is a good thing for him, so that gives him
more points in my book.
