The #2 card and best mission of the year should be no surprise to anyone. While the card is fairly new, it has been the center point of rage for a lot of players. Personally, I do not think the card is as bad as everyone is making it out to be, but it is still quite powerful.

The mission forces both players to charge all but one card in their hand then draw two cards. For no-hand water, this basically reads, "Draw 2 cards" since you'll usually have no more than one card in your hand after you play this mission. For your opponent, however, this can instantly ruin your strategy. Your carefully planned curve just got ruined in an instant. Even in mirror matches, this can be quite devastating. This card can also be easily pulled out as early as possibly with Kabuto [Database].

This card is devastatingly powerful and should be limited, however I do not believe it should banned. Just run Ino Yamanaka [Easy-Going] and get over it, you bunch of whiners.

KIDDING! Please don't start PM'ing complaints :P

Limited: 3/5 Water was pretty playable in this format when Set 18 was released
Constructed: 4.5/5
Block: 4.75/5

Suigetsu's Joy

So many cries... the countless expressions of sadness and shock...  rage quitting to creating threads on forums.  This card has devastated its fair share of players.  It's a mission that ruins many plans and sets up combos for no hand water, as if they needed any more help.

You choose one card and you keep it but the rest get turned to chakra and draw 2 cards.  This in itself ruins comebacks and makes sure you, the opponent, stays down.  Most effective in a no hand water deck, this card can be used in any water deck.  Due to it being a mission, it's not easily countered unless it can be side decked or be versus another water deck.

Even tempted myself, I use a Void/Water deck, it is a great card.  Tough to come around but worth the effort of getting one.... plus the picture is funny.
