Beastly Mage
Shizune (Kimono)
Today's card is a Kimono Girl version of Shizune.
Both of her effects are Valid, and the first one
allows you to flip a coin when she's put in play.
Her second effect gives all of your Female Ninjas
+1/+1 during the turn if the coin flip's result is
Heads. If it's Tails you have to discard one of your
Male Ninjas. Her Tails result won't affect you
adversely if you play her in an all-Female deck. The
only moment she could pose a problem is in Limited,
since there's a chance you'll be mixing Females and
Males in that format. The pump-up is good, though
not really game-changing unless you play it right.
Her stats are the same as her Special Jonin version,
and is also a Medical/Medicine Ninja, and that can
help too.
