Today's card is a somewhat situational Jutsu.
When a Jutsu is put in play, your Opponent reveals
the cards in the hand. If the Jutsu that was played
shares a Symbol with any card in that hand, the
Jutsu goes back to its owner's hand after being
Negated. Then, your draw a card. Now, note that the
drawing effect doesn't say "in that case". You just
look at your Opponent's hand, and then draw a card
if the Negation doesn't kick in. In that case this
card could be used for Draw Power. It doesn't have a
specific User Requirement, and it only costs one
Wind. If you're running this for Negation
alone then you're good, though the effect can be
situational at times. Just remember that for the
Negation effect to kick in, your opponent HAS to
have at least one card on hand.
