Beastly Mage

Lightning Blade

A Raikiri Jutsu card that's got a Lightning symbol on it?

YES!!!

Today's card is Kakashi-Sensei's signature Jutsu. This one is great for many reasons. For one Fire and any amount of Colorless you can pump up Kakashi (only valid user) for X by 2. In this case, the increase in Combat becomes double of what was paid in Colorless. So, if you paid 4 Colorless he gets +8/+0. I know that's overkill in most situations, but it's a good example. Now, this Lightning Blade doesn't just pump up, it also has a little bonus. If even one Lightning card was used to pay for this Jutsu you can give two Damage to one Ninja opposing Kakashi. So, if all you want is to get rid of a target, you only pay one Fire and one Lightning. If you want to get rid of a target AND bring the pain... then there's options.

Being a Super Rare with only one valid user hurts this card in Limited. In both Constructed and Block formats this card is great. Try it and see!

Ratings;

Limited: 1/5 (if you draft Kakashi, then it's 2/5)
Constructed: 2.5/5
Block: 3/5
Art: Kakashi is always valid/5
