This is another card that goes well in the Fire
-1/-1 deck. By Injuring him during the EoJ you get
to place a -1/-1 Counter on an Opposing Ninja. He
does well as a Back Ninja since his Support always
stays the same. Besides the Weakening these counters
bring this also help combo with other effects that
go with this sort of deck. Trust me, no support is
too small. It's somewhat rare to see a Tobi with an
actual Combat Attribute (rather than just "?"), and
at T3 he's good Support-Wise. The downside comes
when you see his effect is a one-time thing unless
you manage to heal him, which can help you do it a
few more times. Try it and see!
