Lightning Style: Emotion Wave
This is a Jutsu that Symbol Combination loves. To
use it, the User must be either Lightning or Water.
In either case, that User must be a T5 or higher.
You pay X for this card to be used. For each
Lightning Chakra you used for the payment, you give
one Damage to a Ninja battling the User. So, that
could be two Lightning right there. Then, as an
added bonus, for each Water Chakra you use you give
one Damage to another Ninja battling the User. So,
that could be four Chakra. But, if you used
Lightning/Water cards, then it could just be two.
Now, I say two, because normally you'd need two
Damage to obliterate a Healthy Ninja. This can help
clear the way, or maybe just take out the User for a
Jutsu that's gonna be bad news for you. Try it and
see!
