1 being the worst.
3 = average.
5 is the highest rating.
We have here a Mono-Wind, 6/5-4/3 Animal/Tailed
Beast Ninja with a Hand Cost of 7. Though his
Support is great for his Entrance Cost, it's not
really what I'd expect. Six Tails gets -7 Entrance
Cost if your Opponent controls 2 or more Ninjas with
2 or more Symbols. Right now a lot of Ninjas do have
more than one Symbol, but that's not the case with
all Decks. Some still run mono-symbol Ninjas. This
is one Tailed Beast that really should be played
with its Jinchuriki. Even if you're Sacrificing a
Ninja to Deploy a Ninja that you'll Discard anyways,
if you want to put this guy in play without worrying
about the Entrance Cost part I'd suggest you do so.
If you do it this way then you get to use the second
part of its Effect. You pick a Ninja, and that Ninja
can't be sent out to Battle on the Turn you put Six
Tails in play.
Six Tails is good, and his the second part of its
Effect is pretty good, even if it's just for one
Turn, having a Tailed Beast with stats comparable to
a Jonin or Satoosa is good. Try it and see!

finally its Friday and to no ones surprise today is
the six tails :D this one is a T7 H1 that is
probably the most powerful of the lot. he is a
6/5-4/3 and when your opponent controls 2 ninjas
with 2 or more symbols he can come into play. and
when he is put into play aside from deployment you
can pick target ninja and the can not be sent out to
