Neji Hyuga
Today's card is a new Jonin version of Neji. This
one gives you Revitalize without having it included
in his Text. When he receives any Damage, you can
move Earth cards from your Discard Pile to the
bottom of your Deck depending on how much Damage
he's gonna get. If it's only 1, move one. If it's
two or more, then you know what to do. If you do
that, you can reduce the Damage he's gonna get by
the same amount of cards you moved due to his
Effect. This helps when you have an Earth Deck that
lacks Revitalize. Only downside is that it only
works with Earth cards, though with his Stats,
Battle Damage woudn't be much of a worry. His Effect
is also Valid, so that helps as well. In an Earth or
Earth Hybrid Deck, he's quite good.

We have a turn 4 earth attribute with the taijutsu
attribute and he has byakugan and is jonin.
When he receives any damage you may move up to the
same amount of earth cards from the discard to the
bottom of the deck. in that case reduce damage by
the number of cards u moved
