Rin
We have today a Medical Ninja from Kakashi's
past. Rin is a T1 Medical Ninja, with 0/2-0/1, 2
Mental, and Medical. Her Effect relies on you having
little or no Chakra. At the end of your Turn, if you
have 1 Chakra or less, you can Heal one Ninja. He's
good as sideboard material. Let's face it: Chakra
Control is still strong. She's a good help when that
happens. With the new Kisame Reinforcement, she's
just what some need.
ah ms. rin. she really has a hole in her heart
doesnt she? (badumtss) manga jokes aside, she is a
t1 0/2-0/1 ninja with medical that lets you heal if
you have 1 or less chackra. could be nice but i like
to keep my chakra around 2-3 just in case so i
personally wouldnt use her but you never know
