Today we have Naruto as a Jinchuriki. He's a T3 with
3/0-6/0, with Clone Status and Burst. When you apply
the Effect of Burst, you can move 1 Card in your
Discard Pile to your Chakra Area. Now, let's think
for a moment. Right now we have (as of this set and
the one before) a load of Ninjas with Burst. This
Naruto lets you use Burst for more than just
(potentially) increasing the Stats of a Ninja. He
also lets you get Chakra back. The Effect isn't just
for him, which makes him a must if you're running
Lightning with Burst. Try it and see!
