Top 5 Poke-Body's in the Modified Format
January 8, 2007

Number 5
Feraligatr d (DF) Battle Aura

Battle Aura allows any delta pokemon to do 10 extra damage for each Battle Aura Poke-Body in play. With four Feraligatr d in play any delta pokemon can do an extra 40 damage.
Number 4
Houndoom (UF) Lonesome

Not allowing your opponent to play any trainer cards except for supporters when you have less pokemon than they do is brutal. Lonesome allows you to lock in your stadium while your opponent is stuck playing supporters. Lonesome stops Rare Candy, Holon Transceiver, Windstorm, Switch, Pokemon Tools, and Stadiums from being played.
Number 3
Shiftry ex (CG) Dark Eyes

Dark Eyes punishes your opponent for using Poke-Powers. Anytime they use a Power they take damage. Combine Dark Eyes with Cursed Stone and the damage will pile up quickly.
Number 2
Medicham ex (EM) Wise Aura

The ability to shut off non-ex Poke-Powers is great. Wise Aura shuts off Dragonite d, Metagross d, Flygon d, Fearow d, Magcargo, and countless others. Wise Aura gives its user a huge advantage against decks that rely on Poke-Powers.
Number 1
Mew ex (LM) Versatile

The best Poke-Body in the format. The ability to copy any attack from any pokemon in play is almost broken. It increases your options tremendously. Versatile is possible because of Holon's Electrode, Holon's Magneton, and Holon's Castform.

Honorable Mentions:

Arcanine ex (LM) Fire Remedy
Blastoise d (CG) Shield Veil
Dustox ex (LM) and Banette (CG) Safeguard
Flygon ex (DF) Sand Damage
Golduck d (HP) Delta Block
