 WildWill
Name: Will Turner - Of Pirate Blood
Card #: 133
Rarity: Common.
Type: Ally - Shadow.
Payment Cost: 1 Yellow Payment.
Card Effect: In Will Turner's Zone, your strikes have -1 Intercept and +1 Force.
Flavor Text: "It takes the same skills to forge a sword as to use one."

You give a little to get a little with Mr. Turner here, one of the little known caveats in the game is that unless the effect says specifically you can only use it once, you can use it multiple times. So if you manage to get a very high intercept to counterattack a low force, you can take your excess intercept and pump it into your own counterattack. This can be a very handy ability, IF you have a lot of high intercept cards in your deck. Fortunately, as I previously stated in my Jack Sparrow Chamber review on Monday, Jack decks usually contain a lot of high intercept cards.

Commons are now selling for less than a buck apiece, though this one might have a tad more value simply because it’s a Will Turner card. I’d expect that this won’t be the last Will Turner Ally we’ll get.

Tomorrow: Even a condemned man gets one of these.

Nick - BoyofSteel
Card- Will Turner - Of Pirate Blood

In a deck with either High Intercept and Low Force, Will can give you boost you need. As an ally, I would not count on him for just his effect, on the other hand I would be sure to toss him in if I was aiming for a "theme" deck, around the movie he is your man.

Mr Turner may not be made for every deck, but the good thing about his effect, is you have to want to use it. As filler he is fine, or a deck built around him he is perfect.

Playability 3 of 5 (Either you have deck built for him and those like him, or he is filler)
Collectability 2 of 5
