Bribe's a
fairly unique card as far as destruction goes. It
will destroy the character you pick no matter what.
You don't need to pay extra, you don't need to
fulfill any special requirement, it just does it. Of
course your opponent gains influence equal to the
character's strength, but the point remains that you
can destroy anything. That's powerful for a three
cost tactic.
