Joker, Out of
his Mind
Ever have the problem, when looking at your
opening hand, of having either all of your high
drops or all of your low drops, and having to
decide whether to keep it or ship it back? Then
you wind up missing a drop or two and losing
hard? Maybe it's just me, but sometimes you keep
a hand, then regret it, and then take a beating.
Well, Uncle Joker is here to help.
For the price of a discard, he'll take all of
the cards in your hand, and replace them with
(hopefully) new ones. Even better, first you get
to shuffle your old hand into your deck, so
you're not just relegating them to the bottom
(like in a mulligan) where they'll never be seen
again. Joker works best as a plot twists, you
don't really want him to see the field.
Even better, use him to power-up a Joker in the
late game, then use his effect to ship your hand
and hopefully score some better power-ups
mid-attack.
Tricky tricky.

The Joker
Another great villain of all
time. Not as cool as Lex, but still pretty cool…
The Joker
Out of His Mind
Arkham Inmates/3/5/4
Whenever The Joker is discarded,
you may remove him from the game. If you do,
shuffle your hand into your deck, then draw a
card for each card you shuffled in.
Reload. Oh, right. No Yu-gi-oh
references. I meant, Prison Break. Dammit, I
don’t want any references to that show either,
crap…
Anyway, if you got a crappy hand
and you need a new one, and you somehow have a
way to discard him, there you go. More cards.
Has combo potential, but not really viable as a
character card.
In sealed, playable as a 3 drop.
That’s it.

We couldn’t review the Insane
Joker? He’s much cooler…

Ok, the Joker
makes me think. Seriously. Every Joker card made
me think a little more than others. As a matter
of fact every Joker made me think. I've seen the
preview to the upcoming Batman movie, and Heath
Ledger's (rest in peace) performance made me
think. It looks as good as Jack Nickelson's,
which made me think as well. This version of the
Joker is very good actually. A deck archetype of
the Arkham Inmates is random discard for
effects. Now he can help you get rid of a weird
or horrible hand (words that are usually
associated with the Joker) to help you get a
more reasonable and better hand (words usually
not associated with the Joker).
