Katie's Top Ten Marvel VS List I just recently started playing Marvel about a week ago and I have a Brotherhood deck, which serves me rather well. This is the first thing I've ever typed up for a Pojo site so this is my Top Ten List: 1: Location: Lost City. This is a card that I thoroughly abuse. Whenever one of your characters is powered up, it gains +3/+3 instead of the original power-up. 2. Plot Twist: Savage Beatdown. Personally, I don't use this card but I still know that it's nasty. +5 attack added onto one of your characters? Ouch! I find this to be a really useful card (especially when I have something with a high defense up and they need to get rid of it). 3. Plot Twist: Finishing Move. This is a really good Plot Twist in my opinion. You exhaust one of your ready characters to KO one of your opponent's stunned characters. It removes one of their characters off the field (which is good in case they have something big and nasty you don't want coming back). 4. Plot Twist: Flying Kick. For one turn, you're character gets Flight and as well as nice +3 attack. This is good for when you need to fly over something big and attack something little with an added boost. 5. Brotherhood Character: Magneto-The Master of Magnetism. I play two Magnetos (the level seven and the level eight) but I prefer the level seven Magneto. Why? Because the level seven has a nice effect that is that any stunned characters your opponent controls cannot be recovered. This is very good for when the Recovery Phase rolls by and they can't recover their stunned characters! He also has the advantages of Flight and Range so I always keep mine in the Support Row as well as having his rather spiffy attack and defense of 16/16. 6. Brotherhood character: Magneto-Lord Magnus. He's got 18/18 (which is nice) and he still has Flight and Range so you can also keep him in the Support Row. It takes a lot to get him out-8 Resources is a lot!-but once you get him out, it's worth it. 7. Equipment: Dual Sidearms. This equipment costs nothing-cheapness-and gives your character Range and +2 attack. It's common, but it's a nice common. 8. Location: Asteroid M. This is a nice card for Brotherhood decks. When you activate it, you select one of your Brotherhood characters to receive +4 attack when it attacks a character with a lower cost. Rather nice and this is another card I tend to abuse. 9. Plot Twist: The New Brotherhood. It's a nice card to get out in the beginning since it only works if you have four or less resources and your Brotherhood characters get +2 attack. 10. Brotherhood Character: Sabretooth-Victor Creed. Although you have to discard a Brotherhood character from your hand as an additional cost to bring him out, a level four 11 attack and 7 defense isn't bad. It's come in handy for me and I can get him out a lot easier than I can the level six. And so ends my Top Ten Marvel List! ^__^;; Comments are welcome (in case I do future lists) and so are tips at Unicrnluvr@aol.com. Hope this helps your deck ideas! ~Katie
